Of course, paid for TrainingPeaks also lets you plan training and interact with your coach which GoldenCheetah doesn't just yet. Yes I think that is a good way of putting it - the basic entry level functionality can be performed in TrainingPeaks. Lots of fun outings!Ĭookiebuilder wrote:Does my paid training peaks account do most of this except clean up the junk entrys? ![]() I'll have to get back down there again sometime. We think we may have been on a Wednesday Night Worlds together once, but both confirmed that we probably never talked during the ride as we were intently focused on saving some legs to give you a half decent run for your money up the final climb. I connected with another Baltimore guy, Chris Beck, recently when he signed up for Bereda's new product. They've put way more effort into the software than we did into the blog post!Īnd Rick. Mostly just wanted to make something that was fun and easy to read to contribute a bit of value to the GC community. I've used GC through the years and got a lot of value out of it, so we tried to make a post that highlighted all the benefits it provides, in an order that makes it a bit of a "getting started" guide, though it's not specifically that. ![]() If you do not believe it is one of these or need help, contact us and we can look into this. Thanks for the positive feedback! That post took quite a bit of work, but I got a lot of help from the team at Bereda, so that made it easier :-) Review the Sync Overview Report which will show you the overview of the sources and some recent data published to destinations and may include some known errors as well. ![]() If you have just added a new source or destination or issued a historic sync, have some pateince - some services can take a while on initial syncs due to throttling, system health, and other issues. The easiest way to do so is to edit the destination and use the Export Sample to check the filter. If you have enabled any advanced features such as Filters, you should double check your configuration to ensure that it did not filter too much.Tracked activities (such as runs, walks, bike rides, etc) and all other data sets do not follow these rules and would be pushed when we sync. For step and other summary activity data, we only push today’s data once we receive tomorrow’s data, so there is a slight lag for these. Our documentation attempts to provide guidance in these cases. For example, if you are publishing step information, ensure that you have disabled automatic step detection in services like Google Fit and Samsung Health. We may have detected conflicting data.If you have done a Historic Sync, you may need to do a Reset on the destination to publish older data. For example, some services require rich analytical data and perhaps your data is not compatible or they limit the amount of history to be published. ![]()
